Cheeze & Thank You is a one-woman owned vegan cheese company based out of Chicago, IL. The company began in July 2019 doing local pop-up events in Chicago, IL and St. Louis, MO, eventually getting picked up from local Chicago Whole Foods stores. Cheeze & Thank You focuses on fun artisanal cheeses you can’t find in the vegan cheese section at most mass grocers. We aim to make products that not only vegans love, but also individuals that are lactose intolerant, people that want a healthful alternative to dairy cheese, and people wanting to live a more plant-based lifestyle!
